How It Works:

Order Panera Bread

Place a Catering Order – Orders for 5 or more guests. Pick Up or Delivery.

Submit Catering Receipts to receive a 15% donation to the participating hospital partner of your choice.

Online – Upload receipts here on this site for orders May 1, 2019 – May 31, 2019. All receipts must be received by June 7, 2019.

Details:

Order Panera Bread Catering from now through May 31st and encourage your friends, family and co-workers to do so, too.
All receipts must be from within the promotional period (May 1, 2019- May 31, 2019).
All receipts must be uploaded to this site.
Valid only on orders placed at participating Panera Bread bakery-cafes listed in the entry form. For $50 or more (excluding tax and delivery).

Promotional period runs from May 1, 2019 – May 31, 2019. Valid only at participating Panera Bread bakery-cafés. Online submissions must include all receipts as attachments. All receipts must be presented in order to be counted.
